A Train lift can be useful to easily access an area further away, or to avoided a congested area.

London Midland can take a limited number of cycles free on their local services. (off peak, please check their website)

Cross City Line Lichfield TV - Sutton Coldfield -Bham-Redditch. Trains every few minutes all day, Sundays every 30 mins. (Lift at Lichfield City.)

Lichfield - Redditch rail service is very useful if you wish to avoid the West Midlands section of National Cycle Route 5. Route 5 passes the front entrance of Redditch station.

Trent Valley line. Stafford-Rugeley-Lichfield TV. -Tamworth - Coventry/Rugby . (Steps at Lichfield south bound)

Walsall

Chase Line. Birmingham N.S. Walsall - Bloxwich - Hednesford - Cannock - Rugeley - Stafford.

(Cannock Station has 4 cycle lockers. A refundable £1 coin is required)

Walsall - Wolverhampton - Telford / Wellington. Regular excellent service.

Telford has it’s own Cycle network, including the Silkin way to Coalport, and the Severn Valley.

Please turn off coloured front and rear lights when on station Platforms etc.
