Saturday Mornings

Come along and see for your self.

 

 Everyone Welcome.

 

Grandad, Grandma, Mom, Dad, and children, single male and female.

New Starters or returning to cycling.

 Ride together in the safety of a friendly "easy riding" group.

 

Under 16’s must be  accompanied by a responsible adult.

 

Group History.

Graham started the St James church Brownhills cycling group in 1994, called "The Trail Blazers".

In 2001 David, acting as the local sustrans liaison ranger, started up a "Family cycling group"

Then Stan, riding with both groups, introduced the groups together.

 

Since those early days "Wheel we make It" Family cycling group was formed.

 An easy going, sociable & friendly group catering for all easy riders.

Weekly rides through out the year often attracting 30 + riders.

After your third ride we ask you to register,

fees are:- Adults £2 - children £1  per year.

 

The majority of our rides  are "Traffic Free"

Along the  National Cycle Network,

around local towpaths and

 public rights of way.

 

We endeavor to have a Café stop,

 (or two)  on each of our rides.

 

We are a friendly if slightly mad bunch,

but we would prefer you to

wear a helmet

You must confirm  that you are medically fit to participate and you do so entirely at your own risk.

Neither Family cycle group leaders nor volunteers shall be held responsible for any injuries or other loss

 sustained by you before, during or after the event.

After coffee a choice of longer ride across the Chase, or return to the start.
